An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Manage and lead agency planning team comprising to agency record, planning, reporting
• Implement projects related to agency sales plan
• Develop/implement the agency channel guideline in order to insure the quality of agency performance
• Establish effective workflow and procedure in high standards and professional service in agency planning to comply with internal audits and company guideline
• Supervise requirements planning for department, division, project, or organization
• Develop agency strategy and necessary day-to-day running of the agency operations
• Prepare memo, requirements and update manual/agency handbook
• Manage the budget for agency channel activities and events organization
• Plan sales training, refreshment training for agency salesforce
• Plan sales contest design for agency salesforce
• Plan agency sales team compensation scheme
• Plan recruitment and sales events of the agency channel
• Support and facilitate agency sales activities plan
• Set KPI for agency salesforce
• Gather competitor information and adjust to the current marketing needs
• Join, plan and support CSR activity as needed
• Monitor and evaluate of the agency sales result against the projection

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management or related discipline.
• 5 years’ experience in life insurance agency planning and sales
• At least 2 years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience (Required)
• Experience in assessment and analytical work will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Excellent judgment underwriting knowledge, attention to detail & analytical thinking
