Responsible for overall hotel operation and general management

About the Company

Our Client is a well-known International Standard Luxury Hotel Business Worldwide, manages award-winning chain of high-class hotels in Myanmar.


The Role

Responsible for overall daily operations of hotel and management.

Responsible for controlling standard quality hotel services and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Implement in creating fun and standard working environment
Ensuring the overall hygiene and safety standards of hotel and effective management of staff, financial and services
Oversee and involve for the needs and development of hotel

Job Requirements

● Preferable of Female candidates who are not older than 35 years old
● Minimum 8 years of experience in related industry and 2 years of Global experience in Hotel
environment
● Good communication in English is a must
● Strong experience of hotel management and starting-up experience preferred
● Background of International hotel or Culinary/hotel school background is a plus
