BACKGROUND

Yoma bank has developed the new products tailored for agricultural and livestock sectors through its Agri-Finance Department. The bank is seeking a qualified Agricultural Credit Sales, Services and Customer Relationship Manager (ACSSCRM) whose tasks will be includedattaining sales goals, generating and servicing a wide variety of agricultural credits, networking and building strong relationship with the whole value chain of the potential and existing clients especially in the agricultural, live stocks, fishery and commercial private forestry value chains and also all relevant stakeholders, maintaining and monitoring the existing Agri-Finance portfolio and collection of delinquent/non-performing accounts . The ACSSCRM needs to closely working with Agri-Finance Underwriting and Reporting Manager (AFURM) and Head of Department (HOD) to achieve the business targets and to build a significant and low rick Agri-Finance business stream amongst the different variety of lending products in the bank.A highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales, services, customer relationship and/or experiences and knowledgeable in agricultural, livestock, fishery and forestry sectors is more preferable.

Crucial Duties and Responsibilities

1 Coordinates relationship management activities with potential, new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals. Typically works with clients with moderate levels of risk and complexity of needs.

2 With direction, acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to hit weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.

3 Handles the origination, verification, assessment, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of agricultural credit products and services.

4 Learns and understands industry knowledge, agribusiness operations models, agriculture value chain processes and agricultural needs.

5 Manages risk/return, educates and drives quality for new and/or existing clients.

6 Actively identifies and mitigates different types of risk, such as weather, market, regulatory, reputational, operations, system, technology and credit risks.

7 Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.

8 Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty through networking, event sponsorship and participation, group discussion and business site visiting.

9 Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experiences in agricultural financing products and services.

10 Focuses on bringing a suit of agribusiness lending products and services to the client by presenting the full range of Agri-Finance Department’s products and services.

11 Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales.

12 As defined with the business, demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.

13 Generates and services a wide variety of agricultural and livestock loans.

14 Aggressively seeks and obtains quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts.

15 Requires skills and experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment, loan structuring, credit analysis, and monitoring credit performance.

16 Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction and other duties as assigned by HOD

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Skills
Essential
· Capacity to read and interpret agricultural financial statements, licenses and budgetary documents.
· Robust organization, interpersonal, effective communication skills are mandatory.
· Selling, sales negotiation, managing risks and customer experiences, problem solving, decision-making skills, client focus, prospecting and business acumen are essential.
· Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
· Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.

Education & Special Training
Essential
· Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel, Power Point, Spreadsheet, etc.)

Experience
Essential
· Two or more years’ experiences in agricultural or corporate or SME credit underwriting, business assessment and financial statement analysis.
· Familiarity of the sales, services, customer relationship, loan processing and closing processes.
· Relevant agricultural business operations knowledge and experiences a plus.

Languages
Essential
· Excellent communications (written/typing and verbal) in Myanmar.
· Proficiency in English and technology savvy a plus.
