o Customer service activities owner under file management for the customers under purview; eg expedite shipment from booking arrangement; P&L responsibility; milestones monitor
o Closely monitoring on outstanding, CM1 controlling, SOP/IOP compliance
o Collaboration among other stake holders such as Commercial, Operation, VAS, Product, Oversea offices, Shipper, Clients…for effective process.
o Problem solving with RCPS
o Improvement idea driving

Job Requirements

The Air CS Executive will be responsible for managing daily operation including dealing with customer and/or related parties like Commercials, Operation, Product, VAS, etc… to proceed shipment and deliver best service to Customers.
o KPI achievement
o Customer satisfaction
o No service failure and no financial claim/ loss
o BA in related field preferably
o Experience in Air freight industry.
o Communication skills
o Good English in writing and speaking
