ROLE PURPOSE
The purpose of the role is to focus on maintaining and developing service relationships with financial institutions clients.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Support product salesforce in their efforts to obtain new business and retain existing relationships for the bank.
• Partners consistently with other internal business partners to uncover opportunities to deepen the client relationship.
• Facilitate bi-annual and annual due diligence on Yoma Bank
• Set up regular courtesy calls with correspondent banks
• Ensure that ALM/KYC and due diligence on the FI clients are in order and coordinate with Compliance department on related matters
• Onboard key financial institutions partnerships for the bank

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Essential
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and reliable
• Able to analyze and interpret audited financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and ratio analysis
• Must have knowledge on local Financial Institutions laws and
regulations
• Manage time effectively and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Team player willing and able to collaborate with associates at all levels.
• Ability to identify business improvement opportunities and considers current & future client needs in proposing ideas.

Education & Special Training

Essential
• Bachelor in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or relevant field
• Bachelor in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or relevant field.

Experience

Essential
• Minimum three to five years experience in related field.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.

Languages

Essential
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, in Myanmar and English
