Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer
The role is responsible
1. INTERNAL INTERACTION (Sales team, ME team, Finance team, Marketing team, Cold drink, Supply chain planner team, National & regional KA team, Analysis & Reporting team)
2. EXTERNAL INTERACTION (Global RGM team, Key account customer, Distributors)
Key Duties
• Ensure promotions are recorded with sufficient details to measure ROI (scheme, budget & promo owner)
• Ensure promotion managers are trained & engaged to follow discipline & process of planning, tracking & post-evaluating their promotions
• Maintain Promo Spend data system & toolkit to support participants with: Non-Promo baseline, Promo ROI simulation toolkit, ROI Tracking reports
• Facilitate frequent Management review to evaluate performance of promotions & support to initiate improvement plan for promo managers
• Ensure investments (in out of customer contract) are recorded with sufficient detailed investments, as well as, having sufficient targets of Volume/ Revenue Target, NSR & OI
• Ensure customers managers are trained & engaged to follow discipline & process of driving investment efficiency, including minimizing unconditional spend & risky investments
• Maintain investment guideline, tracking system & toolkit focusing to improve low performance customers to uplift volume, revenue, profit vs. target
• Facilitate frequent Management review to evaluate performance of customers & support to initiate improvement plan focus on Renewal contracts
• Tracking SKU performance & support Management decision to:
1) Launch or delist an SKU
2) Improvement plan for new launching SKUs
• Implement data standards for RGM
• Training PTC & Promo Spend in LEAP, STEP, CFV for Key Account, Distributor P&L training for ASMs

Experience:
Must to have Commercial, Operations, Trade Marketing Management.
Degree level education, Master degree (Preferred)
Minimum of 3 years ‘experience in related field
English skills, written and oral
