Job Description

We are looking to fill a position of an Analyst in our Consumer Research Department. In this role, the candidate will firstly manage research projects in cooperation with other team members. On top of this, this role offers the candidate a unique opportunity to project the department into new fields through the initiation and development of new products.

Responsibilities

• Identify forthcoming trends, gain insights into new fields of consumer research
• Initiate new products, design them and build prototypes
• Develop implementation strategies and roll-out corrective measures
• Manage research projects
• Develop survey design, discussion guides and questionnaires
• Monitor and ensure quality control during data collection process
• Perform data checking and validation, data reconciliation
• Perform in-depth and thorough analysis based on qualitative or quantitative data
• Facilitate and communicate with clients
• Prepare reports and deliverables

Job Requirements

• Capability to synthesise complicated ideas and situations
• High capability to use creativity and innovation
• At least 2-year relevant experience in Analytics and Reporting
• Excellent working knowledge of SQL and Excel is a must
• Ability to work in a fast pace and react quickly to change
• Self-driven individual
• The candidate must be a Myanmar national (fluent in Burmese)
