RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Inspect / Analyze Sample (Raw Material ,Work in Process, Finish Goods) by follow written Procedure and Work Instruction precisely
2. Has in depth knowledge of how to operate analytical instruments and other standard laboratory equipment relevant to job responsibilities.
3. Understand and use basic laboratory safety equipment and instructions, precautions in handling reagents, and disposal of chemical waste according with local environmental regulations.
4. Understand and precisely follow written lab procedures, global methods, local methods and published standard or compendia sources.
5. Collect and analyze data to draw conclusions and recommend actions.
6. Apply appropriate methodologies, data interpretation techniques and statistics and computer software to assist in overcoming technical difficulties and promote continuous improvement.
7. Has in depth knowledge of how to calibrate and maintain analytical instruments and the use of analytical reference standards relevant to job description
8. Perform or assist the vendor during the installation qualification (IQ), operation qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) of the analytical instruments.
9. Maintain awareness of regulatory and GMP requirements relevant to job responsibilities.
10. Maintain accurate, up to date and concise laboratory notebooks and records.
11. Troubleshoot basic instrument problems.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
13. Maintain working area, instruments, equipment clean, neat and tidy.

AUTHORITIES/DECISIONS
1. Sampled and testing key product characteristics of Raw Materials, Work In Process and Finished Goods and reporting of testing problem, non-conforming to Supervisor.
2. Participation continuous improvement in function as part of plant’s safety and quality.

JOB SPECIFICATION
1. EDUCATION :
Graduated in Science - Chemistry or related field
2. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE :
At least 1 year in quality or related field
3. SKILL/KNOWLEDGE :
Quality System, Computer and English
4. BASIC TRAINING REQUIRED :
Functional : Basic GMP/Micro/ QA/QC knowledge, Basic product knowledge, OJT training, Safety at work
5. Possess technical knowledge in chemical related sciences.
6. Possess good laboratory skills.
