Job Description

- Profound understanding of distribution business processes

- Supports distribution business software, hardware development cycle to include needs analysis, specifications, -testing, troubleshooting and deployment

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholder environments collaborative and effectively interacting with others parties

- Understanding of relational databases is a must (MSSQL preferably)

- Able to Installed, Configured, Test, Support and Troubleshoot retail business system software/hardware

- Maintains excellent communications between Dispatch/Store Systems Support, Manager of Technical Services, Store Management, and other Technical Specialists (with both Burmese and English)

- Willing to work overtime

- Work in partnership with :
•Board of Directors
•Project teams
•Operational and Commercial team
•External people

Job Requirements

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or Dip in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields

Skill
- Good English Communication

- Ability to multi-task, take initiative in solving problems and work effectively with variety of people and work styles

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal / communication skills

- Results and deadline driven-must be willing to do whatever it takes to meet deadlines

Experience
- 2 years of working experience with Supporting Role (on distribution software preferably)

- Experience in Software Installation, Configuration, Testing and Troubleshooting

- Strong knowledge of and experience with MSSQL Server and database related tasks and technologies

- Knowledge of PCs and telecommunications required (team Viewer, Any Desk etc.)
