Vanguard offer professional consulting services for business process improvement and automation candidate for this role will be responsible for, Interview client and collect business process requirement and map the requirement with business solution and system.
• Profound understanding of Retail business processes
• Supports retail business software, hardware development cycle to include needs analysis, specifications, testing, troubleshooting and deployment
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholder environment, collaborative and effectively interacting with others parties
• Understanding of relational databases is a must(MSSSQL preferably)
• Able to Installed, Configured, Test, Support and Troubleshoot retail business system software/hardware.
• Maintains excellent communications between Dispatch/Store Systems Support, Manager of Technical Services, Store Management, and other Technical Specialists(with both Burmese and English)
• Overtime and On-call/On-Demand Support (if required) and will be compensated.

Knowledge and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or diploma in management information systems, computer science or related fields
• 2 years of working experience with Supporting Role(on retail software preferably)
• Experience in Software Installation, Configuration, Testing and Troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of and experience with MSSQL Server and database related tasks and technologies
• Knowledge of PCs and telecommunications required (must be able to user TeamViewer, AnyDesk etc.)
• Ability to multi-task, take initiative in solving problems and work effectively with variety of people and work styles
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Results and deadline driven - must be willing to do whatever it takes to meet
deadlines
