An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Proposing conceptual design ideas for both exterior and interior
• Able to work on creating 3D model on sketchup efficiently and quickly as required
• Propose and think of creative ways of layout plan and space planning
• Able to prepare presentation files on Adobe Indesign to present to clients
• Able to provide data calculations and calculate as required.
• Be familiar with the Myanmar regulations of YCDC.
• Be able to coordinate and revise accordingly for architectural drawings with structural, mep drawings
• Be able to present to clients
• Must have a well above average knowledge on construction detailing and connection details
• Must have at least basic knowledge about structure
• Must be able to work efficiently and reach the project deadline on time.
• Must be thorough on thinking out details.
• Must have a good knowledge of photoshop software.
• Site visits as necessary and solve on-site issues and produce revision drawings as necessary.

Job Requirements

• B.Arch (or) Professional degree in Architecture
• Strong conceptual thinking talent, graphic and design skills
• Must know AutoCAD, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (intermediate-advanced level).
• At least 4 years working experiences in Construction Detail Design and Drawing.
• Good Communication in English
• Good Cooperation and interpersonal skill
• Capable to meet deadline and work under pressure
