Responsible to supervise MSR to ensure that to promote medical products effectively to get more market share. This could consist of physically running routes and/or doing market visit, medical promotion activities, meeting with doctors and partner developing action plans to increase business.

Job Requirements

- B.Pharm or any bachelor degree

- At least 2 to 3 years' experience in sales & team supervision

- Experience in brand building & awareness of market information

- Good interpersonal and communications skills

- Independent, aggressive, self motivated and team player

- Able to work overtime when required

- Both mental and physical strength is a must

- Able to travel extensively
