• To visit branch jobsite area
• Daily morning meeting with sales man
• To analyze sales man visiting report & prospect
• To analyze sale achievement by weekly/monthly
• To support branch sale teams
• To collect competitor information
• To support and provide necessary things to junior salesman
• To share information(Sharing about update selling terms ,selling price and stock lists)
• To share the knowledge not only product but also another
• To recommend & arrange the training concern with sales & marketing
• To collect all customers information and updating in master lists
• To support sales man (negotiation with customer to get deal)
• To check & analyze market & customer demand reviewing.
• To establish team work.

Job Requirements

• Adaptability, Building Confidence, Coordination, Decision Making, Customer Focus, Analysis,Reporting
• Standard Training Modules for Sales Manager Level
• Any Graduate, Above 5 Years
• Understanding product and market condition
• Selling Skill,Conceptual thinking and Data Analysis
• Manage & assist to sales team, report to NSM.
• Reviewing & adjusting sales target of achievement quarterly
