Job Scope:

- Building an effective Distribution Coverage by scaling up current distribution and adding and activating New Stores.

- Also help in building a workforce capable enough to drive this expansion plan

Job Responsibility:

- Build a plan for scaling up distribution

- Plan for addition and activation of new stores

Ensure repeat purchase by monitoring and tracking sales

Analysis of the program once it is rolling and finding out issues and obstacles and plans to overcome them Maintain Live Scorecard on performance of acquired outlets

Build SSM capabilities and monitor performance

Job Requirements

- Degree or Professional Qualification in Business

- 2-3 Years' experience in FMCG Industry

- Strong Operational Knowledge and understanding of the Market dynamics

- Good Analytical skills

- Proficiency in MS – Office ( Excel and PPT in particular)

- Planning and Priority Setting

- Analytical Decision Making
