Job Descriptions
• Developing sales by operational plan that cover sales, area and customers
• Meet the sales target outlined by management
• Responsible for customers, areas and products growth
• Setting individual and team target by area, items and sales amount
• Tracking sales goals and reporting the progress to management
• Overseeing the activities and performance of sales team
• Creating route plan and promotional plan on occasion basis
• Creating and follow up sales lead
• Training sales team and set up sales team functions
• Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge

Job Requirements
• At least 3 to 5 years experiences as Area Sales Manager or Sales Manager
• Experience in Sales plan and implementing Sales Strategy
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management
• Experience in managing and driving sales Team
• Able to outline route plan & sales plan
• Ability to train and develop the sales team
• Focus on customer service and relationships
• Have experience in FMCG and Bread/Cake Industries will be advantage
• Must stay and stationed at Meiktila City
• Will provide accommodation
