Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

-Work hand-in-hand with the respective counterparts in HQ channel and distribution department to implement all channel and distribution policies/strategies.
-Provide continuous support to run and implement initiated sales program and new product launches.
-Hitting the region’s target market share performance
-Monitor and report back all competition’s activities and performance to Sale Planning Manager on the monthly basis.
- Ensuring the target dealers recruitment and expansion plan is carried in accordance to the planned timeline
-Manage all channel’s compliance to the policies, partners/distributors conflicts or fraud cases together with the respective departments in HQ
-Summarize all the channel’s feedback on day-to-day operation, system related matters, incentive payout, etc from POS and share with HQ for continuous improvement.c
-Planning the weekly/monthly way plan, routine plan. Build the customer relationship
-Cooperate with distributor for stock movement and daily orders.
-Facilitate the morning briefing with distributors for any problems that concern with sales
-Support the field implementation and monitoring in order to provide regular information in field.
-Work together with the field team in selecting areas of intervention, targeting activities as well as beneficiaries using best practice
-Make the daily sales call report to Sale Planning Manager.
-Review the routine plan with distributors and update the weekly/monthly
-Sales plan the weekly/monthly report to Sale Planning Manager.
-Responsible for visiting our Distributors within the assigned territories on a daily basis to support their needs.
-Responsible to meet the monthly/weekly targets assigned by the management.
- Visit dealer’s outlets to ensure all sales and operations systems are up, POS (Point of Sales) materials are displayed adequately, etc.
- Help solve Distributors operation issues, incentive discrepancies, ageing and customer’s complaint.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related
-3 years + experience in sales and distribution. Age 25 – 35 years
-Experience in Telecom distribution will be an added advantage.
-Good knowledge of the local market
-Proficiency in MS Office, Email & Internet
-Must have sales management experience background
-Must have Marketing activities implementation background
-Able to work under pressure
-Must be available for traveling and must be in a state of sound mind and sound body
-Willing to work hard & can work independently without close supervision
-To be able to manage multiple tasks and accountable
-Willing to travel extensively- Demonstrate ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment/matrix structure and quickly adapt to the company culture
-Basic command in spoken and written English
