Key Tasks Operations• Manage and develop the team: Prepare area sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as distribution, sales volume, and execution/merchandising targets for each member of the team; monitor the performance of the team against these goals. • Contribute to the region business plan with local input. • Oversee the area sales budget. • Establish, maintain and develop positive relationships with Customers• Track the sales for both direct (focus channel) customers as well the wholesalers within the area• Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of out standings • Ensure healthy product mix in line with the area goals • Ensure achievement of the sales volumes• Ensure that the draught accounts are receiving scheduled technical/cleaning services as planned and act on any deviances• Build strong visibility in outlets and execute on company’s brand activities• Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate brand performance and adjust the strategy and action plans.• Track distribution and sales performance of each member of the sales team on monthly basis
Qualification : Minimum Bachelor Degree or related Advance Diploma. Good command of English language and computer skills (MS Office, Internet & Email). Must possess a valid car driving license.Experiences : +5 yrs sales experience, ideally in FMCG environment, 2+ yrs sales management experience.
