ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY• In charge of Indirect Channel Sales and distribution activities within the region. • Work with respective counterparts from HQ to implement channel and distribution policies/ strategies. • Provide support to implement Sales Program and new product launches. • Responsible to hit monthly/quarterly/annual gross sales and revenue targets. • Responsible for the end-to-end Channel Management and get the feedback from all the channels for improvement. • Responsible for the territory management and initiate the sales related activities, programs and to promote OML’s products. • Monitor the sales performance of Area’s Executives and responsible for the team development and motivation.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • University Graduate preferably with Marketing or Business Management• Strong in managing KPI’s and deliverables as is expected in a sales organization. • Minimum 5 years working experience in FMCG or telecommunication related industries. • Strong data analytical skill and ability to analyze and interpret data. • Good communications skill. • Can be relocate in targeted area.
