Purpose of the Job:
Wholesales Manager are responsible for the day-to-day running of stores or departments. The aim of any retail manager is to maximize profit while minimizing costs. Retail managers ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards, staffs are fully versed on the target for the day and excellent customer care standards are met.

Major Duties:
• Responsible for the day to day running of the unit and for achieving agreed IMS targets. Provide input to the sales forecast for his area to the General Manager.-
• Work with each member of his sales team in the field on a regular basis and help then to achieve the objectives. Provide timely and accurate competitor information to the General Manager.
• Conduct monthly meetings with sales team and brief them on the action plan for the upcoming period. Monitor receivables of the sales team and ensure that the commercial policies of the company are implemented.
• Ensure that the sales team is implementing the contracts agreed with customers.
• Ensure sales KPI's are delivered especially call rate and on achieving the assigned sales targets and objectives through providing an efficient sales coverage for all area or location interacts with existing customers to increase
sales of an organization's products and / or services.
• Set items sales target according to the previous year's sales, required growth rate and accordingly distribute the target between the team in collaboration with his manager.
• Conduct regular and constant visits to the market evaluating potential clients and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Coach the team concerning sales technical aspects and continuously motivate the team to achieve the assigned objectives.
• Communicate with and provide the marketing department with essential inputs that affect pricing and promotional strategy.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of a sales force in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy for an assigned region..

Job Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:
• Age: 30 to 40 years
• Any graduate and Dip in Sales & Marketing
• At least 3 Years Experiences in Watch Market
• Ability to manage a multi channel sales and merchandising team.
• Possess necessary techniques to train sales team on job.
• Basic selling skills Knowledge of sales fundamentals across channels.
• Self motivated and able to work largely on own initiative.
• Outgoing personality capable of establishing positive relationship
with customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in English and Myanmar
• Multicultural Awareness and Respectable Social Dealing
• Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
 Able to travel both domestic and abroad
