Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Manage Grocery Sales Force (wholesales and local supermarket channels) and Distributors in the assigned regions to achieve commercial objectives, including sales target, distribution, merchandising, etc.
Manage the development of Regional and Customer sales plans to be in line with channel objectives and strategies (such as the brand strategy, NCC).
Lead and contribute to the development of RTM Strategy
Develop and maintain sound business relationships with Distributors and retailers e.g. by regular meetings with the customers' top management.
Ensure good performance of the sales force in field operations in terms of sell-in, sell-out, distribution, product merchandising and sales call effectiveness and productivity
Actively participate within ICP process, support definition of Field Sales Strategy to implement Channel Strategy and Customer Plan.
Allocate and cascade the regional sales target to Area sales managers and Area executives.
Design the territory plan and monitor route and itinerary efficiency for sales force in the assigned region.
Perform distributor management including recruitment, selection, manage and review, and termination together with Account Manager and Channel Development Team.
Ensure full compliance to WHO-Code, Nestlé policies and Instructions and local legislation in the context of delivering objectives by self/entire Team.
Ensure compliance of team’s activities with the WHO Code, local code and the Nestlé Instructions

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; with 10 years experience in sales or marketing; Intermediate English level
. Understand all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field Sales
. Has demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles
. Good knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives
. Knowledge of core business processes
. Knowledge of MBS and Integrated Commercial Planning
. Nestel Management and Leaderhip Principles
. Knowledge of Field Sales Management, Distributor Management Best Practice, Market Intelligence and Channel/Shopper Trends
. Good knowledge of channel structure and opportunities in the region
