Job Description

1. Increase sales and department revenue
2. Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
3. Follow to do for sales and marketing guidelines
4. Follow to do 6 step of call (A2QVP2)
5. Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to maximize impact to the company
6. Participate in development of long-range sales planning and growth strategies
7. Follow to do the call plan (daily, weekly, monthly) to gain for customers satisfaction
8. Offer a full range of services to new and current customers
9. Co-ordinate with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction
10. Maintain frequent contact with existing customer
11. Follow up with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction was achieved

Job Requirements

- University degree is required
- Qualification of sales and marketing
- At least 3~4 years of increasingly responsible sales, marketing or customer-contact experience in a sales-related field, preferably in the FMCG or Beverages industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy
- Strong business acumen
- Relish a challenge and work well within a competitive environment
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team in a dynamic work environment
- Personally motivated, proactive, self-starter and aggressive
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and results/goal-oriented focus
