• All of payment to concerned staff and suppliers.
• Enter daily cash transactions in ledger after payment and bank reconciliation as well.
• Well know bank oversea payment transfer process.
• Confirm necessary documents are attached with payment voucher
• To prepare payment voucher for all accounts
• Support the junior accountant’s duties when it is necessary
• Prepared cash denomination documents at end of every month for cash physical checkup
• Check pending clearance against the advances.
• File all financial documents
• Execute any other duties and/or responsibilities as requested
• Prepare payroll by monthly

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree and at least Diploma of accounting LCCI level 3
• Minimum 3 year experiences by any accounting software or excel basic
• Strong capacity in communication with client and suppliers.
• Fluent English language skill (especially in mail conversation)
• High problem solving skill
