Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Prepare daily Cash Payment, cheque and bank payment
2. Prepare daily Official Receipts and collect the cash
3. Maintain the daily cash book and update MYOB
4. Prepare and Handling for Bank transfer
5. Prepare the Daily Cash report to Chief Accountant and General Manager
6. Prepare Weekly cash report and send to regional office with all supporting documents.
7. Maintain the balance of domestic and international airline deposit report to Chief Accountant and General Manager
8. Collecting all the Invoices from suppliers and pass to related Accounting Member
9. Follow up prepayments /advance payments periodically.
10. Maintain files and documents accurately, in accordance with the company police
11. Attend other matter /Assignment/ Projects or ad-hoc functions assigned by Chief Accountant, Regional Accountant and General Manager.
12. Follow the best practices to secure company assets, staff and interest of the Management.

1. B. Com or another related degree
2. LCCI Level III
3. 1-2 year experience in related industry
4. Able to work overtime and reporting deadlines
5. English (Intermediate level)
