• Construction experience is a must
• Supplier payments & analysis
• Oversee and control all supplier payments
• Generate client invoices
• Invoice and payment submittal reconciliations
• Review project invoicing summary
• Project documentation
• Prepares and analyzes various reporting, as assigned
• Other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree, LCCI 3 UK passed
• Proficient in MS office with advanced Excel
• Two years experiences in accounting field
• Good working knowledge of English
• Collaborate with others departments
• Provides other departments or clients with ad-hoc client reports based upon data outputs, as required
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Good attention to detail and deadline oriented
