Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet.
• Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules.
• Registering and licensing company vehicles under Road transportation department rules.
• Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
• Complying with Traffic laws and regulations.
• Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Monitoring driver behaviour and ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Analysing data to increase business operational efficiency.
• Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles records.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick and delivery,
• Keep track of driver hours and miles in coordination with Load Planners
• To assist to Manager for physical security staff management.

Job Requirements

• Well known traffic rules and strong knowledge of vehicles maintenance procedures,
• Good driving skills, good keeping system of the vehicles maintenance records,
• Good knowledge of admin rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of budget preparation procedures.
• Good level verbal and written communications skills
• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Proficient in MS Office
• proficient in Microsoft office suit,
• internet & email,
• good verbal and written communication skill
