- Provide the supporting to Manager /Supervisor - Work with safety office to implement and audit procedures - Control the documents and investigate environment, health and safety complaints - Assist port related task such as advance cash flow, expenses claim, prepare labor wages - In charge to arrange Ferry and Vehicle transportation for port personnel and expatriate - Daily check of canteen's food safety and hygiene - Provide and assist in daily port office needs - Do regularly report of port admin activities and report to Manager/Supervisor - Monitoring office building maintenance - Communication with government office - Perform other ad-hoc assignments
- University graduate/ Must have certificate or diploma in Business Management Administration - Minimum 3 years working experiences in related file- Excellent computer skills - Strong knowledge in presentation skills and Microsoft office (Word/Excel/outlook)- Good communication skills in English/ Chinese and personal skills- Can work under pressure
