An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, products, customer service and security and safety in accordance with the Company's policy. Develops and provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch target goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Provides leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to the Loan Officers or other branch personnel.

REQUIRED COMPENTENCIES
• Holder of Bachelor Degree in any field
• Must have at least 2 years of managerial experience in relevant job
• Strong analytical skill
• Excellent knowledge over MS Office, outlook, etc…
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Knowledge of negotiation skill would be an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure
• High motivation and ability to work without supervision
• Effective written and oral communication in English will be an added advantage
• Must follow FFMCL’s Policy, process and guideline
• Ensure proper verification and understanding of the business for decision making
• Understanding FFMCL’s requirement and all team members
• Product Knowledge and Microfinance knowledge
