to manage needed execution plan according to business strategy
to manage & grow the team to achieve the staffs goal & company goal
to build a systematic workflow & process
to corordinate & collaborate with different department to bring end result
to build in depth understanding on insight of targeted customers
monitoring stock movements and analysing sales figures, trends, regional variations, customer requirements and purchasing behaviour to accurately forecast future sales and thus stock requirements
Frontline management
Shop expension and shop maintainence
collobration with marketing for brand awareness

Job Requirements

- Any Graduated/ preferable Economics or Business Administration.
- Should have four (4) years of tertiary education, or its equivalent knowledge, experience, and skill set
- Fluent in Computer Microsoft Office
- Excellent Advanced Excel
- Preferable Retail Market Experience
- Set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Work in a team environment
