About the Job: The Assistant Brand Manager (Mojo) is responsible to support the Brand Manager (Kiss and Mojo) in carrying out various strategies and tasks. Maintaining suppliers and customers relationships, compiling, analysing and reporting the marketing data to Brand Manager (Kiss and Mojo) are the main duties. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Engage in the development of BTL communications, events and promotional strategies to strengthen brand equity and ensure alignment to brand positioning Ensuring that all strategic digital advertisings reach the target audience by handling agencies Maintaining customer relationship and initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement Generating innovative ideas, especially to determine new ways to reach the consumer Timely report to Brand Manager regarding with competitors’ activities and updated market condition by analyzing industry, competition and market trends Preparing sales report in order to know brand performance by analyzing monthly sales data Collaborating with respective stakeholders (communications team and agencies) in execution of each and every brand program Work in close collaboration with inhouse retail sales team in order to ensure alignment with the market and integrated activities Collaborating with finance department for all the payment and expense tracking according to the finance policies Performing other tasks if necessary
Qualifications/Requirements: University Degree in Business Management/ Marketing Management Minimum (2) years’ experience in related field (including internship experiences) Only Male Candidates are preferable Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships Creative, proactive, initiative and self-motivated Comfortable to communicate with Contraceptive topics (especially with Condoms) Ability to prioritize with organized schedule and focus on results Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Good Command of English and Myanmar Language Ability to use standard application software (e.g. Microsoft Office) Ability to travel and work independently
