• Prepare Annual Marketing Plan including Budgeting and Promotion Activities
• Maintain effective communications with the principal companies (organize principal's visit)
• Ensure the Brand Awareness and Increase Publicity of the Brand(s)
• Ensure all Documentations are duly consolidated (Advertisement Evidences and Invoices) and appropriately provide them to principal companies
• Prepare Purchase Orders of Watches, Clocks, Artworks, POS Items, Parts and Gift Items
• Organize Promotion Events of the Brand(s) - (Launching, Sponsorship, Exhibition, Road Show, Lucky Draw etc.
• Set appropriate pricing of the Watches, Clocks and Parts in cooperation with Operations General Manager
• Organize and Provide Product Training to Sales Staff and Procedure Training to New Staff
• Support, Monitor and Check the Sales & Stock Reports , Advertising Model and Product Defects
• Conduct Market Visits to Wholesale & Retail Outlets to monitor in store Merchandising & aptness of Product Displays and Brand Positioning
• Ensure to allocate and replenish the right products (models) to the specific locations according to purchased power of the end users
• Develop Working Schedule and Route Plan
• Responsible for external purchases, product discount schemes, expo sales, corporate sales and head office sales ensuring the proper transactions are in place
• Collaborate and Cooperate with Marketing Communications Section for all Advertising, Promotion, Publicity, Interactive Marketing etc.
• Cooperate and collaborate with other departments for effective operations of the Brand(s)
• Manage and Supervise the Brand Team (Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Executive and Brand Staff etc.)
• Perform ad hoc duties occasionally assigned by BOD
• Develop Monthly Progress Report

• Able to travel both domestic and abroad
