Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- To be employed for a well known Beverage Company located in Hlaing Township.
- Lead and manage C&B team to to implement C&B policies and to accomplish defined objectives.
- Prepare annual C&B budget and monitor the C&B expense comparing with budget.
- Ensure to contribute salary with 100% accuracy in time.
- Check and update employees' leave record monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Manage to contribute income tax & SSB intime.

Job Requirements

- Any graduate person, and HRM Diploma holders are highly preferable.
- At least 5 years experience in C&B field.
- Able to lead C&B team.
- Able to initiate and implement C&B policies.
- Must have experience of using payroll software, preferably "GLOBAL SOFTWARE".
- Able to solve C&B problem professionally.
- Experience of using Global HR Software is advantage.
