Schedule follow up
o Follow up schedule from feeder operator.
o Distribute weekly schedule to customer in every Monday and revised if need.
o Provide specific schedule request from customer with mother vessel detail.

Cut off and Follow up booking
o Define cut off provided by feeder operator and send to customer.
o Revised cut off if need and request extension to feeder operator if requested by customer.
o Follow up customer to gate in and complete ED file to catch with vessel safely.

Booking activities
o Provide How to register at our website/ How to submit SI at our website/ SOLAS FAQ EN to customer
o Answering Customer inquiry and provide require information to customer
o Take care VIP, GA, BCO and IFF customers’ requirements.
o Check routing with cargo flow.
o Push customer for cargo readiness (Booking/Container pick up/VGM)

Cargo readiness
o container not yet pick up and call customers for update.
o Ask require information from customer for ready to load (VGM, Container Gate in/out, ED file)

Follow up loading

o Support customer request on information after vessel departure (tracking)
o Follow up with transshipment team and provide connecting information to customer.
o Follow up with transshipment team for roll over reason.

Job Requirements

o Graduate & at least 1 years of experience in same trade.
o Candidate should have good computer skills.
o Should be good in written & verbal communication in English.
o Can work with a unity with co-ordinate and cooperation, accuracy, promptness.
