• Control the machine’s preventive maintenance and spare parts inventory for the efficiency of plants operation.
• The responsibility of all electrical and mechanical jobs in the factory.
• Reporting all activities normal or abnormal to Distillery Plant Manager on a daily basis, using company policy to control plant staffs.
• Keeping the good work environment and utilization all resource to the goal.
• Working for continuous growth management of the organization and personal.
• Looking for new technique to improve the process-concise the production lead time, speed the market and quality,
• Drive the safety awareness both external and internal.
• Control optimization of energy consumption as well as saving and also persuade all of the workers to get involved.
• Looking after complete engineering and maintenance of the plant including all electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance and plant modifications as required.
• Improve the process layout or procedure to improve the utilization of space.

Job Requirements

• ME/BE ( Electrical/Mechanical)
• Age between 30-42 years
• Minimum (5) years experience in Industrial Maintenance especially in Beverages.
• Must have an understanding of preventive maintenance and current maintenance.
• Good experience at implements 5S, ISO system and working area Safety.
• Must be good in English 4 skill, communication and leadership skills, Interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision making skills, must have continuous learning for innovation.
• Must be good at computer (Microsoft Office, Auto CAD)
• Able to work shift rotation
