1. To organize and manage the Electrical section as necessary from the receipt of tenders to the completion of final accounts.
2. To prepare detailed forward plans of work commitments.
3. To ensure that sub-contractors are supervised and their standard of work is acceptable and incompliance with recognized safety practices and agreed specifications.
4. To control and effectively manage all the sections operations through regular site visits as necessary and in accordance with frequencies considered essential in order to assess progress, safety and quality and to give instruction or advice.
5. To liaise with departmental staff, client departments, contractors, suppliers and statutory authorities in matters relating to work as appropriate.
6. To monitor and control the day-to-day finance of all Electrical operational contracts.
7. To ensure that materials, equipment and plant detailed in specifications and drawings for construction or improvement work are ordered in accordance with County tendering procedures.
8. To liaise with specialists and consultants as appropriate to obtain assistance and advice.
9. To supervise staff including allocation and control of work.
10. Able to understand local code and international code.
11. Application of standard engineering design principles and methodology for research of design options and experimentation to determine potential design feasibility or application
12. Able to work with management to set and achieve goals based on priorities of project timeline.
13. Able to travel in local.

1. Bachelor or Master of Engineering in Electrical Power with minimum 10 years’ experience in construction field.
2. Strong Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
3. Engineering software skill (AutoCAD and Revit intermediate)
4. Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
