• Take responsibility for the entire restaurant and operation and performance.
• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports and staff rotations.
• Ability to manage not only restaurant operation but also operation staff.
• Ability to handle customer’s complaints and queries.
• Maintain standards of operation Manual and, hygiene and safety.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Keeping statistical and financial records.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate with related Diploma (or) Certificate.
• Must have at least 3 years experience as an Assistant F&B Manager.
• Can work under pressure with positive attitude.
• Excellent English Communication is a must.
• Safety and HARCCP Knowledge.
• Must have Leading skills and Interpersonal skills.
