Job Description

• Lead a team of staffs to provide facilities services – security, technical, housekeeping, landscaping, utilities and sanitation services.
• Coordinate F&B offers and services.
• Improve customers’ satisfaction through proactive actions and on time problems resolution
• Upkeep of Campus’ assets (Building, Interior decoration, Lifts, sanitary, fixture, furniture, M&E systems, utilities systems, campus lightings, etc.)
• Assist in developing Facilities Management budget and optimizing the actual costs.
• Lead daily operation by creating procedures, checklists, monitoring, evaluating, escalating and reporting.
• Coordinate fit-out works, move-in, move-out of tenants and offices.
• Provide utilities reading to officers, managing tenants’ requests for overtime and ad-hoc service requests.
• Achieves results by communicating asset management and tenants’ expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising results and initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
• Optimize the stock holdings of parts, spares and consumables together with stock control.
• Coordinate with other functional managers to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and other relevant documentation Campus’ facilities services and maintenance.
• Improve competency, motivation and team building of Campus’ staffs.
• Work with other functions like Asset Management, Estate Operation, Utilities Operation, Finance, Purchasing, HR, Admin, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Any bachelor’s degree holder.
• At least 4 years’ experience in Facilities services and 2 years’ experience as leadership role in Facilities services, building technical services and tenants’ services.
• Experience in developing standards, procedures and training and skill improvement programs.
• Understand service level, planning and cost control.
• Process good interpersonal skill to work with different functional mangers and co-workers.
• Business English skills is a must.
