Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Create an action plan for the dealer to achieve the annual set target.
• Provide product knowledge, service information and advice to dealers.
• Collect quality information at the dealer and provide the dealer with repair information.
• Monitor the service improvement plan and review improvement action.
• Approve warranty at dealer shop if required and give guidance about customer management to dealers.
• Support service revenue and incoming target and the promotion of customer visit (For improved intention)
• Formulate maintain and/or amend dealers service standard.
• Improve dealer management and spread workshop standard.
• Create tools that upgrade service capability (Dealer operation manual, etc,)
• Monitor the overhaul dealer service capability (Quality and Quantity) and review the improvement plan.
• Develop measure and action plan; promote development.
• Manage field service team (5-10) field service engineers and budget plan for service.
• Participate in management teams such as a monthly report, weekly report and quarterly report.
• Work closely with dealers, factory, Asia Honda
• Manage service work as a whole.

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor degree holder.
• Experience 3-5 year with Management role.
• Proficiency in English as the standard language is required for communication with Honda and organization abroad.
