Accounting duty- Fully take responsibility of accounting and financial duties as Manager in generally- In details journal entry- Daily cash book transaction, checking transferred money- Accounts payable and receivable control and scheduling - Dealing with expense reimbursement- Taxation and audit- Preparation of monthly, annual settlement and various financial report- Manage the Accountant team- Any ad-hoc duties assignedFinancial duty- Propose the business plan and get financing by banks- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. - Maintain the finance of the organization Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions Develop trends. - Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. - Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.- Correspond with various other departments.- Coordinate with tax office for proper tax calculation method, calculate income tax and make payment- Manage and decide the usage of budget- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
- Must have over 2 years working experience as Finance Manager- Must have over 7 years experience in accounting and Finance field- Must have working experience in Foreign Company- Prefer to have experience to get financing by banks- Prefer to have working experience as Finance Officer in foreign country- Must have ACCA part 2- Prefer to have CPA- Prefer to have ACCA part 3- Must be Business level in the English language
