• To provide all-round capability in financial processes, reporting processes and systems that create a robust financial environment
• To support the General Manager and Group Finance Director in various activities including the following:
o Accounting, Reporting and Taxation
o Commercial support
o Budgeting and forecasting
o Cash flow and foreign exchange management
o SAP implementation
• Become a respected member of the management team; able to participate in all the operational discussions of the company; developing a knowledge of the businesses– not just the financial aspects.
• Coordinates the accounting and reporting processes which provide meaningful, timely and accurate reports to senior management
• Coordinates the monthly financial variance analysis and annual budgeting process
• Works with group auditor and tax agent to ensure statutory audit and tax filing is effective and timely
• Supports the Group FD to ensure compliance with financial reporting standard
• Maintains the bank mandates and ensure compliance to policy
• Supports the bank relationships
• Coordinates and prepares the cash flow forecast
• Monitors and ensures compliance to group policies and strong internal controls are in place
• Monitors profitability reviews including pricing and margins
• Helps with implementation of the SAP Business One
• Liaises with Corporate secretary for board resolution and other admin matters
• Supports adhoc projects and queries
• Ensures a robust budget and legal entity process
• Works with Operation and Finance teams
• Ensures strong internal controls and compliance
• Supports the successful implementation of SAP BI

- B. Com (CPA) or ACCA Part – 2 completed
- SAP accounting software knowledge is preferred
- Strong command of written and verbal English
-Microsoft Office ( Advance Excel )
-Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are needed
-At least ( 5 ) Yrs experiences in related field
