• Translate organization business plan into operational plan
• Improve standard to be good control about all assets and vehicles
• To be smooth operation by managing resources
• Making improvement to achieve organization target as planned by coaching leader
• Review & analysis of income & expense of organization
• Recommend or decide of promotions/demotions/employees transferring of organization
• Organizational change management/restructuring & man power plan
• Upgrade system of all process of organizations
• Conducting the organizational general meeting/sharing & coaching
• Controlling the organization budget & expense
• Check & review monthly income & expense of organization
• Establish to improve the corporate assets management system
• Manage resources & man power plan of organization
• Continuously upgrade of policy, rules, regulations & all process of organizational issue
• Coaching & mentoring leaders to develop their skill/knowledge & expand competencies
• Checking the data accuracy of every reports & process
• Review & feedback daily activities & achievement report
• Arrange all assets & facilities & review the maintenance costs
• Make sure (Go & See) for the real condition of all assets
• Review monthly organization performance
• Review & revise daily/weekly/monthly PLM of organization
• Implementation of the weekly/ monthly meeting with Team
• Report to Chief & CEO for organization condition & general finding
• Perform duties assigned by Chief/CEO

• To maintain all UMG assets
• To reduce cost & safe the company investment
• To report the management (Asst: CEO, CEO & MD) about issue of UMG assets
• Leadership skill/ Strategic thinking/Financial management & People management/Change management & team building/ Positive Thinking by Creativities
• Customer Focus, Motivational fit, Teamwork, Communication, Influence Other
• Advanced level of presentation, English 4 skills/ negotiating/reporting & team building skill.
• Review Team’s Performance by System Analysis
• Any Graduate and over 8 to 10 year experience in related field
