Job Purpose
- To support day-to-day operations of the company effectively and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily administration processes.
- Monitor in purchasing printed materials, furniture, and stationery etc. by obtaining
requirements, negotiating price, quality, approving invoices and delivery to staffs.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Organize and supervise office activities such as recycling, renovations, event planning
etc.
- Manage vehicle administration.
- Office compound security supervision and management.
- Company building and office rooms cleaning management and supervision.
- Monitor to apply & renew of company documents.
- Ensure operations adhere to rules and regulations.

Job Requirements

Experience & Key Requirement
- Minimum five years working experience as Admin Manager.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good at Time management.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Between 35 to 45 years.
- Yangon and can travel to Naypyitaw if necessary.
