OVERALL SCOPE:
Responsible for sales, administration, staff supervision and loan files originating. Supervise and direct daily activities of the Home Loan center including evaluation, processing, settlement and maintenance of loan files. Maintain documentation, ensure reporting and loan pipelines are done properly and establish loan procedures and policies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Interact with team members as well as branch banking, corporate banking, and industry to resolve complex lending issues, generate business, and create referrals for other business streams.
- Ensure loan files move through processing and closing in a timely manner
- Provide a high quality customer service to Home Loan customers
- Develop new business through a variety of channels including, branch banking, corporate banking, digital banking and industrial referrals, and other sources that derive from special marketing
campaigns and trade expos.
- Know and be in compliance with regulations and Yoma Bank’s Home Loan policy and procedures as well as overall Yoma Bank’s credit policy.
- Drive team to achieve sales, loan production and revenue goals.
- Allocate the resources for optimum efficiency within the home loan center and the home loan team.
- Responsible for creating a work environment for the Home Loan center team that drives results and positively energizes team members.
- Assist to home loan manager in setting quarterly and annually performance targets

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Skills
Essential
- Strong financial analysis skill
- A sound knowledge of Myanmar real estate and property market
- Be familiar with collateral documentation and identify any inherent errors
- Familiar with loan origination and underwriting guidelines
- Proficient organizational skills with ability to prioritize
- Experience in loan administration at Department or at Branch
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Education & Special Training
Essential
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and email, internet skills
- Intermediate level English Language proficiency
- A bachelor degree or equivalent

Experience
Essential
- 2 years of loan and credit experience in Sales or in Operations
- 2 to 3 years of managing a team
- 2 to 3 years of customer service or branch banking skills
- Basic accounting and banking accounts experience

Desirable
- Assistant Branch Manager and above

Languages
Essential
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills in Myanmar.
