We are looking for a responsible Assistant Hotel Manager who are keen of managing all aspects of operations and provides support to the General Manager.
This position is the best opportunity for those who want to perform a good management skill in Hotel Industry for better future ahead.
More , we are welcoming those who can directs and coordinates hotel activities to operate efficiently and maximise the satisfaction of guests, employees and employer.
The duties and responsibilities of Assistant Hotel Manager
- Assist the General Manager in his day to day operations.
- Assigns duties and observes performance of all employees and established operating procedures.
- Provides training to all staffs.
- Receives and resolved or assists the GM in resolving guest complaints and service recovery process.
- Review employee performance and conducts personnel actions ( disciplinary actions and termination)
- Selects or assist in the selection of hotel staff and completes all new hire paper works.
- Assisting GM during Morning meetings or conduct the morning meetings in the absence of GM.
-Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls , policies, procedures and service standards.
-Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations and delivering solid business results.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly property inspections.
-Builds strong working relationships and communications with hotel staff
- Monitor maintenance progress and the hotel own property.
- Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.
- Must be available 24/7 in case to respond to any guest or employee emergencies.
- All other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Management.

Job Requirements

Education

- A university degree or diploma in hotel management and experience in managing. ( Having experience is more preferable)
- Experience in financial accounting, personnel supervision and problem resolutions is an added advantage.
- Excellent computer system skills.
- Must be able to communicate well.
- Must be able to stay at Ngwe Saung
- Must be available 24/7 .
