- To maximize a hotel's revenues by developing promotion programmes to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its accommodation and leisure facilities
- To be responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet customer needs, working closely with other hotel staff to ensure customers are satisfied with the facilities and their time there
- To set achievable targets and take responsibility for meeting Team objectives
- To promote and manage the brand successfully
- To work with advertising agencies
- To manage relationships with agencies and partners
- To oversee budgets for advertising, marketing, and promotions
- To monitor competition

Job Requirements

- Any bachelor degree
- Must have experience in Hotel sales and marketing management field.
- Have fantastic presentation skills
- Be an excellent negotiator
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Use current technology for the benefit of the hospitality property, for example social media
