• Manages Housekeeping Department on Manager’s scheduled days off and all other times as required.
• Assists the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining quality control in all areas of the Housekeeping Department.
• Supervise Laundry attendant, room attendant, and public space attendant positions.
• Prepares store requisition, purchase other supplies and equipment
• Submit requests for repair and periodic maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Co-ordinate with vendors e.g.: Pest control, Laundry services and other outsource services
• Confirm all housekeeping staff members have arrived or find substitutes for absent employees.
• Assists Housekeeping Manager in all areas of daily housekeeping service.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate
• At least 4years' & above experience in Housekeeping field.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.
• Intermediate level in English.
• Good communication skills, leadership skills and time management skills.
