Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

-Conducting orientation program to new contract staff
-Preparing and updating employment contract in according to existing labor laws and other related laws.
-Analyzing, reviewing, monitoring and supervising staff's performance to be productive and effective.
-Planning, managing and executing an effective performance appraisal system.
-Processing payroll calculation
-Registering for SSB, personal income tax, calculating and contributing for it.
-Dealing with related government offices such as SSB, Tax and labor affairs
-Handling and solving client, staff complaint and grievances.

Job Requirements

-Any Bachelors degree holder and HR diploma
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in Management.
-Good command in English(verbal, writing)
-Proficient in computer skills.
