- Maintains human resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.- Maintains human resources staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.- Manage the recruitment and selection process.- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the HR department of a company.- Knowledge and experience in Human Resources Management especially recruitment, compensation, training and development law, employee relations, engagement, and development.- Must have knowledge of standard HR management processes such as recruitment.- Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.- Must have good Interpersonal Skill, Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill.- Must have labor law and industrial relations knowledge.- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems.- Establish HR plans.- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources.- Specialized training in related HR functions.
