We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant HR Manager to join our team. The role will see you work closely with the management team to provide advice on a range of HR related matters. As the successful person, you will be required to:
• Manage all aspects of monthly payroll processing including overtime, leave calculations.
• Assure data accuracy and timely update in the HR systems and payroll processing.
• Perform full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment processes, maintaining employee’s personal files, leave administration, training as well as compensation and benefits.
• Coordinate and continuously improve our recruitment and onboarding/off boarding practices for our team.
• Assist with performance management.
• Source training and development programs as required.
• Maintain training records, course registration and grants application.
• Plan and administer employee performance review and improvement plans.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Report to Group HR Manager.

Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in HR field.
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or Development.
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
• A keen attention to detail and strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Payroll Software programs are expected.
• To be proactive and dedicated to what you do- have a passion for Payroll and HR as well as the drive to succeed in your role.
• Experience or Knowledge in Telecom or Media & Broadcasting Industry is desirable.
