An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Must have minimum (5) years work experience as HR Manager.
- Must be able to handle for HRM & HRD , can travel locally if work is demanding
- Establish and administer recruitment and selection program to ensure adequate manpower supply to meet current and future requirement in line with business expansion
- Develop and maintain employee database, monthly report and documentation systems of human resource
- To ensure that updated HR policies are implemented smoothly
- To ensure effective employee communication and feedback
- To play and administer an effect Company-wide Performance Management System on an annual basis

- University Graduated with management studies more preferable
- age 30 above.
- HR Diploma prefer
- Any Bachelor Degree or relevant degree holder
- At least 5 years experience in related fields
- Fluent in English and computer skill
