Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Assist CEO and other department heads in manpower planning, talent sourcing and recruitment administration together with HR Manager
• Arrange all interview processes and procedures like vacancy posting, screening, arranging and coordinating
• Perform background checking for critical positions
• Keep track of daily employee attendance (Head Office and NPT)
• Keep up to date data and records of all employees
• Prepare report of employee attendance and leave balance monthly and submit to HR Manager
• Monitor and analyze employee turnover and up to date manpower
• Arrange orientation
• Assist in the monthly payroll process
• Assist in implementing performance appraisal schemes with Head
• Keep and update Training record
• Prepare manpower and training record and submit to Corporate HR monthly
• Prepare and arrange monthly Employee SSB contribution
• Other duties assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business Management (Human Resource) or equivalent
• Diploma/Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in any of HR functions; Operation, Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation
• Good understanding of Myanmar labor laws, human behavior, as well as Human Resource operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Good level in spoken and written English
